The Growing Together Group

We really enjoyed our early (for us) morning visit to Ammanford. It was our first ever contact with Growing Together which meant a performance to a male and female audience. This always makes us a little nervous as (no offence guys) we never know quite how men will respond to Victorian costume, although so far no-one has ever fallen asleep during any of our productions! We needn't have worried. It only took a few minutes for the assembled masses to realise that they were not going to be lectured at, and that the event was FUN. Lots of enthusiasm was shown, and I could see that the participating ladies were enjoying themselves. For the first time, we took with us a comments book which soon had a number of satisfying and rewarding comments inside. Even more satistying, we have been asked to go back in the New Year.
